Prior to studying acupuncture, Todd earned a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology. Before that, he graduated from the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies with a degree in Therapeutic Massage. In addition to his degree, he completed coursework in Advanced Deep Tissue Techniques and Advanced Myofascial Techniques. Then, he went on to study at the School of Integrative Therapies where he became a Certified Professional Structural Integrator (Dr. Ida P. Rolf Method). During that time, he had the privilege of completing his advanced studies under Certified Advanced Rolfer Chuck Carpenter of NYC. Chuck Carpenter is master Rolfing practitioner for over 30 years. Todd is also Level 2 certified in the Usui system of Reiki under Elsie Kerns. Todd has excelled in over 1,200 hours of massage-based coursework.
Todd blends modern and traditional acupuncture styles with his years of bodywork experience. He also has an in-depth, working knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This naturally combines with his interest in pain management and sports medicine. As a result, Todd’s unique background has created a treatment style that makes him a top choice for treating chronic and acute pain, as well as sports injuries.
Outside the office, Todd enjoys a physically demanding, outdoors lifestyle. As a result, he knows the importance of having a body that performs well under stress. He knows how traumatic an injury can be for an active person. Consequently, he has made it his mission to help others by seeking out and learning the most effective, no-nonsense solutions for pain management and prevention.
Mr. Fluck works closely with doctors, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other professionals in the health and fitness industry. Todd has a thriving practice where he enjoys sharing sports acupuncture combined with the manual therapy traditions conceived and taught by Dr. Ida P. Rolf. He provides the surrounding communities with the most thorough treatments and highest level of acupuncture and manual therapy available.
